Exploring the Journey of Coffee – From Farm to Cup
The SCA Coffee Introduction Course is a globally recognized educational program that covers the fundamentals of coffee—from basic concepts and cultivation to processing, roasting, brewing, and sensory evaluation. Designed for both coffee professionals and enthusiasts, this course offers a solid foundation to deeply understand the essence of coffee through theory and hands-on experience.
In just 4 hours of online learning, you can experience coffee from an entirely new perspective—whether you are at home, in a café, or anywhere else.
During the course, the Instructor will guide a coffee cupping session, and participants will have the opportunity to experience cupping using common brewing tools along with two coffees sourced from a local roaster.
