Option A. [Panama] Lérida - Geisha Natural "Amber" 1900m

• Cup Note: Floral, Champagne, Cherry, Mango, Complex

• Description:

  This is a natural Geisha from Finca Lérida in Boquete, Panama, grown at 1,900m.Only perfectly ripe cherries are hand-sorted and dried on African beds for about 18 days. This process builds layers of jasmine and violet florals, along with the sweetness of strawberry, cherry and mango, resulting in intense sweetness and a very clean cup. A silky mouthfeel, bright white-wine-like acidity, and a long finish of pineapple and citrus elegantly express the high-elevation terroir of Lérida.

Option B. [Panama] Lérida - Geisha Cascada Natural 1800m

• Cup Note: Acacia Honey, Apricot, Tangerine, Orange Blossom

• Description:

  This is the “Cascada #0482” lot from the Alto Quiel section of Finca Lérida, dried slowly in the cool cloud forest between 1,600–2,000m.Bright orange blossom and jasmine aromatics meet the sweetness of candied orange, pineapple and lush tropical fruits. Transparent, citrusy acidity and a tea-like, lingering finish capture the refined forest terroir of Lérida, one of Panama’s leading Geisha producers.

Option C. [Panama] Mil Cumbres - Geisha Washed "Flair"

• Cup Note: Coffee Blossom, Apricot, White Grape, Matcha Finish

• Description:

  This is the signature washed Geisha from Mil Cumbres, located in Cloud Valley, Volcán, Panama.Grown between 1,600–2,000m and fully washed, it opens with fragrant coffee blossom, followed by the sweetness of apricot and ripe berries. A white-grape-like acidity and a clean, tea-like finish complete the cup. This is the same lot that was entered into the 2024 Best of Panama auction, delicately presenting the cool, misty valley terroir in refined, layered form.

Option D. [Colombia] La Macarena - Geisha Washed "Chamomile"

• Cup Note: Chamomile, Jasmin, Bergamot, Mandarin

• Description:

  This washed Geisha comes from Finca La Macarena in Piendamó, Cauca, Colombia.It is produced through close collaboration between Oscar Riascos and Wilton Benitez’s team (Granja Paraiso 92). Stewed-plum and apricot-like sweetness is layered with herbal and floral aromatics. The result is a clean, juicy cup that showcases the elegant character of high-elevation Cauca Geisha.

Option E. [Colombia] La Macarena - Geisha Washed "Magnolia"

• Cup Note: Magnolia, White Peach, Olive, Black Tea

• Description:

  “Magnolia” is another standout lot from La Macarena.Floral notes reminiscent of magnolia lead into a gentle olive and kiwi-like acidity, finishing with a long, tea-like aftertaste. Through precisely controlled long fermentation and a thermal-shock washing protocol, this coffee delivers a cup profile that is both vivid and distinctive.
